Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Documentary | Sneek Peek at the Trailer

By Andrei Scintian

The aim of our documentary is to inform people on what exactly Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is about and how it can change your outlook on life. We want to show people that unlike many other physical sports, BJJ is not all about strength, it is about technique and your approach. You do not have to be the strongest person to defeat your opponent.

The reason why we are doing this is because we have a background in various martial arts and it has given us all positive influence and outlook on life. We want to spread the word and inform people about the benefits of the art.

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is one of the fastest growing sports the past few years yet a lot of people in Europe still know very little about it. Through our research we have found that there are also very few documentaries about it.

"We want to show people that BJJ is more than just a sport; it is a way of life. It can be seen through many people who take part in this sport just how much it can change your life and that is what we aim to show you through our documentary." say Andrei
Filmed in Dublin, Ireland the films features interviews with Andre Ramos (black belt coach, Andre Ramos Academy, Dublin) and Ken Byrne (purple belt coach - Golden Tiger Academy, Dublin). Along with several other BJJ practioners.
